I recently received a free sample of the new Crest ADVANCED SEAL White Strips...and I must say if you're a fan of the premium you'll definitely love the ADVANCED SEAL! All I have to say about this is that it does the job.
My teeth started to turn white within the 3rd day of using the strips.
I do have to warn you that if you have sensitive teeth you will suffer a lot.
The pain is incredible bad.. I have sensitive teeth.
The pain last all day, so eat slowly and try not to eat hot or cold stuff..
Try eating at room temperature if possible. |

Peroxide is cheaper with better results |
With today's economy I can't understand how anyone would want to waste their money.
Here's the thing, instead of rinsing your toothbrush in water before you apply your tooth paste to your brush head, dip it in 3% peroxide (everyday over the counter kind). Don't shake off the excess; brush as usual.
Bonus: brush your tongue, walls and roof of your mouth, and you don't need mouthwash either!
Your teeth will be whiter and pain free.
